This classic mix of bourbon, pimento dram and citrus won't bite-it could just be your new favorite whiskey cocktail. “It has everything you love about a whiskey sour and this backbone of allspice and bitters, which come across in the final product as seasonal spices,” says The Grey bartender Kaleb Craft.
